aren't just for use on American Airlines. You can use your
miles for flights on over 25 top airlines, including Alaska

Free
domestic tickets start at 25,000 miles roundtrip plus taxes.
We generally find the best value for points are for
first/business class tickets. Upgrades to
first class or business class from cheap paid coach tickets
are available for 15,000 miles each way for flights in the
United States. Completely free tickets in business class start
at 45,000 miles roundtrip in the U.S. and 90,000 miles roundtrip
to Europe.
